Of course, the calories burned during sex depend on the sex position. If you prefer to take things slowly and romantically, you’ll burn fewer calories than during a hot, passionate lovemaking session.
According to a study by the University of Quebec in Canada, you burn between 90 and 130 calories in half an hour of sex, men more than women. But which sex position is most effective? There are no scientific studies on this yet.
Calorie consumption during sex
